Michael Hutson : Consultant

The Business Law section of our firm includes Michael Hutson, our Intellectual Property (IP) lawyer. IP relates to the protection of Trade Marks, Patents, Design, Franchising, Copyright and Internet Marketing.

With 20 years experience as a Corporate Counsel and Solicitor, Michael advises business clients on a wide range of commercial legal problems and strives to provide inspired and practical solutions.

Michael is a Post Graduate at the Law Faculty of the University of Technology, Sydney and holds a Master’s Degree in IP Law (M.IP). Michael’s professional accreditations include registration as a Solicitor to the Supreme Courts and to the High Court of Australia, and registration as a Trade Marks Attorney at the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia.
